Part 107 Prep: Drone Pilot ("the app") is an independent study app published by KARTIS WORKS ("we"). The app works without an account and keeps your study data on your device. It shows no ads and collects no data. By using the app, you agree to this policy.
The app does not require an account, and we do not ask you for personal information. Your study progress, mistakes, and bookmarks are stored locally on your device only; we do not receive that data.
The app shows no ads and does not track you. It contains no advertising SDK, no analytics SDK, and no crash-reporting SDK, and it does not collect device or advertising identifiers. No data is shared with third parties for advertising or any other purpose.
The app offers no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. Any purchase of the app itself is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment information.
When you choose to open FAA or eCFR reference links, those websites open in your browser and are governed by their own privacy policies.
The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them. Because the app collects no personal data, no such information is gathered.
Because all study data is stored locally, you can remove it at any time using "Reset Progress" in the app, or by deleting the app from your device.
We may update this policy as needed. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
